For over 10 years, he had the privilege of working with young people, seeing firsthand the challenges they face and the difference a safe, supportive space can make in their lives. Inspired by the impact of a youth centre in my hometown in Northern Ireland, he knew that the young people of Loughborough deserved the same—a place where they feel valued, heard, and gain a sense of belonging.
